Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original BARNER box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
